Design / Story / Production

From script to
learning experience.

Instructional design, graphic design and media production.

I bring content, visuals and media together to create online learning. When a project needs it, my work covers the complete course, from the first script to publication.

Three areas of my practice, connecting learning design, course production and moving images.

Learning design / Course production

Scenario-based learning.

Professional work

Civil Defense training for public servants.

The challenge is to translate subject matter into realistic decisions. A learner needs a situation they can recognise, a meaningful choice and feedback that explains the consequences.

I connect the learning objective to the script, visual design, activities and media, then bring those pieces together for course delivery.

From intent to delivery

  1. Objective

What should the learner be able to do?

  2. Scenario

A context that gives the content meaning.

  3. Activity

A decision or action to put it into practice.

  4. Feedback

Explain what follows from that choice.

  5. Delivery

Bring the course together and publish.

Course authoring / Workflow design

Escrivinhador.

In development and testing

From a DOCX manuscript to a structured course.

Escrivinhador is a course-authoring workflow for producing HTML5 and SCORM packages using each client’s design system.

The aim is to keep the editorial structure and visual rules connected as content moves from the manuscript into the course.

Audiovisual / Motion / Production

Code-driven video.

From the first script to the final cut.

I combine scripting, shot planning, generated media and motion graphics with editing and review. Code helps connect the production stages and build animations around the content.

The work still depends on editorial decisions: what to show, how long a shot needs, whether the image supports the story and what needs another pass.

How I work

One thread from
content to delivery.

I work across the details that connect a learning experience: its purpose, structure, visual language, media and final delivery.

  1. Start with the learning objective.

Understand the audience, the context and what the course needs to help people do.

  2. Give the content a structure.

Connect scripts, scenarios, activities and visual rules before production.

  3. Choose media with a purpose.

Use text, interaction, illustration or video where each serves the content.

  4. Review the complete experience.

Check the content, visuals and behaviour together before delivery.
